The installation of camera traps took place in June 2025
On the territory of the state natural park "Salkyn-Tor" in the Naryn region, as part of a scientific research expedition held in June 2025, park staff installed camera traps, which allowed them to capture numerous wild animals. This information was provided by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The aim of this expedition was to study the living and non-living elements of the park's ecosystem, as well as to account for biodiversity and assess the state of the environment.
The data obtained through the camera traps will help determine the species of animals, their habitats, and behavioral characteristics. This information will serve as a basis for improving the ecological monitoring system in the park and developing measures for the protection of wild animals.
