The incident took place in the village of Krupskaya in the Moscow district, where two cows were stolen from a barn on the night of October 21 to 22.
In connection with this event, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 205-1 ("Cattle Rustling") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement authorities detained the suspect, who turned out to be a 24-year-old resident of the village of L.Sh. He has been placed in custody.
According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the man managed to sell the stolen animal. However, thanks to the actions of the police, it was possible to locate the farmer and return the cows to their rightful owner.
