The detainees, identified as members of an organized criminal group — K.N.K., S.D.S., and S.B.D., had previously been convicted of serious crimes.
According to the investigation, the criminals were engaged in extortion and intimidation of citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in Russia, receiving support from individuals connected to a "thief in law" named Kamchy Kolbaev, who was eliminated by the SCNS in Bishkek on October 4, 2023.
The suspects have been placed in the SCNS detention facility. Special services do not rule out that they may be involved in other similar crimes.
