According to available information, in January 2025, a woman named T.C. approached the internal affairs department of the Alamudun district, reporting that an unknown person named A. had deceitfully sold 17 heads of livestock in the village of Lugovoe between January 7 and 19, acting without her knowledge, after which he disappeared.
In connection with this event, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Misappropriation or embezzlement of entrusted property" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, the police detained a 37-year-old suspect known as I.A., who was placed in a temporary detention facility. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest.
The investigation revealed that the detainee does not have any documents confirming his identity and uses various surnames during communication to mislead the investigation.
