It became known that a video recording, which captured the participants of the game, was discovered during monitoring of social media. This incident took place on October 27, and according to the agency, the actions of the players posed a danger to drivers and pedestrians.
The fact was registered at the internal affairs department of the Panfilov district, where an inspection was conducted. The identities of the participants were established: they are local residents O.B., born in 1995, and O.A., born in 1994.
Protocols were drawn up regarding the incident under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses. The case has been forwarded to the district court for further consideration.
