A statement was received by the Tokmok police department on November 2 from a hospital employee, J.M., born in 1974. She reported that on the night of November 2, at 00:40, a certain Azamat was behaving aggressively in the reception area of the Tokmok Central Hospital, using foul language and breaking glass.
In connection with these events, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the incident, the suspect insulted the doctors, threatened them, and also inflicted bodily harm on one of the medical staff and broke a window. Video recordings published on social media show that traffic police inspectors were present at the scene but did not intervene in the situation.
After conducting an internal investigation, disciplinary measures were taken against the traffic police officers.
