On October 24, during an Instagram monitoring, posts were discovered claiming that high school students at the secondary school systematically demand money from younger students, applying physical and psychological pressure on them.
This incident was documented in the established manner, after which an investigation began.
As a result of the investigation, written appeals were received by the Sokuluk district police from residents of Kyzyl-Tuu: S. Zh., K. G., and A. Zh., all born in 1988. These statements were also registered in accordance with legislative norms.
As a result of the conducted investigation, a criminal case was opened on the grounds specified in Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning extortion.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing. Based on their results, necessary legal steps will be taken against those responsible.
