On June 4, 2025, E.N., born in 1992, reported a theft to the Nookat district internal affairs department.
He stated that unknown individuals had stolen one head of livestock from his barn, with preliminary damages amounting to 100,000 soms.
Another citizen, also born in 1992, filed a similar report regarding the theft of a sheep.
The information was registered, and a pre-trial investigation began.
Based on the collected data, criminal cases were initiated under Article 205-1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Theft of Livestock"), and operational investigative measures were started.
During the operational search activities, employees of the Nookat District Department of Internal Affairs established that the thefts were linked to a citizen, J.A., born in 1982, who was declared wanted.
On October 14, 2025, J.A. was detained in the Jalal-Abad region, where he had been hiding. He has been placed in custody.
Currently, the investigation has been completed, and the case materials have been sent to court.
