According to law enforcement, the incident occurred on the night of October 22, when a resident of the village of Krupskoye, I.K., born in 1959, reported a theft to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow district. She stated that unknown individuals had broken into her shed and stolen two cows.
The authorities registered this fact and initiated a criminal case under the article "Cattle Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational-search activities, the identity of the suspect was established — he turned out to be a local resident, L.Sh., born in 1999. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court ruled to take him into custody. It turned out that he had managed to sell the stolen cows to third parties; however, the cattle were seized and returned to their lawful owner. Currently, the investigation is ongoing to verify his possible involvement in other similar crimes.
