According to the information, on November 5, a citizen named K.N. contacted the police to report that his Toyota Altezza had been stolen from a parking lot at the corner of Panfilov and Gorky streets.
In this regard, the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District initiated a criminal case under the article "Theft of a motor vehicle" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Thanks to prompt actions and analysis of surveillance camera footage, law enforcement was able to quickly identify and detain the suspect — 27-year-old M.Z. He was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
