Adralieva Zhipar Artykbaevna
Applied artist. People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born on October 28, 1940, in the village of Pervomai, Chui region. Since 1960, she worked at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR. In 1982, she graduated from the Lviv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts. Since 1990, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. She works on the development of the traditions of Kyrgyz felt carpet, ala-kiyiz. Utilizing the expressive possibilities of the ala-kiyiz technique, she has created a series of works distinguished by sophistication and elegance of forms. A participant in national and international exhibitions. Her works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, as well as in museums and private collections both near and far abroad.
