On October 24, 2025, during monitoring of Instagram, a post was identified that reported a potentially dangerous situation at one of the schools in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu, located in the Sokuluk District. The message claimed that elementary school students were being systematically extorted and intimidated by high school students.
According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui Region, this case has been officially registered, and an appropriate investigation has been initiated. The Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department received written statements from three residents of the village of Kyzyl-Tuu: S.Zh., K.G., and A.Z., all born in 1988.
In connection with the above, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, it was established that the main organizer of these actions is B.A., born in 2007, who previously studied at this school and is now a student at one of the local universities. The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative activities are ongoing, and police officers are identifying possible accomplices to the crime.
