Through the joint efforts of the military prosecutor's office and the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head of the food warehouse of one of the military units has been detained. He is suspected of stealing food products intended for the provision of military personnel, according to a statement from the agency's press service.
According to preliminary data, warrant officer S.K.A. regularly appropriated various food items, including sausages, pasta, rice, salt, sugar, oil, and other products, and then sold them on the market at reduced prices.
During the investigation of the criminal case, S.K.A. was detained during another attempt to illegally sell food products and was placed in custody.
Currently, investigative measures are ongoing to identify the possible involvement of other officials in this crime.
