According to the information from the press service of the main supervisory authority, the Military Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with the Main Directorate for Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, found that warrant officer S.K.A., who held the position of chief of the food warehouse in one of the military units, regularly embezzled products intended for military personnel. These included sausages, pasta, rice, salt, sugar, oil, and a number of other goods, which he then illegally sold on the market at a reduced price.
The warrant officer was detained during another attempt to sell the stolen products and was taken into custody as part of a criminal case.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to determine the possible involvement of other officials in this crime.
