The military prosecutor's office, in cooperation with the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, conducted successful operational activities that uncovered a scheme of food theft by the head of the food warehouse of one of the military units, warrant officer S.K.A. This serviceman regularly embezzled goods such as sausages, pasta, rice, sugar, salt, oil, and other products intended for military personnel, and then illegally sold them on the market at reduced prices. The information about this fact was provided by the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
Warrant officer S.K.A. was detained during his next attempt to illegally sell the stolen products and has been placed in custody. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to determine the possible involvement of other officials in this crime.
