Musulmanova Makaram Mukhamedovna

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor. Born in 1952.

Graduated from the Technical Faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.

Currently works as a professor in the Department of Food Production Technology at the Kyrgyz Technical University.

Engaged in research on the chemistry and technology of pectin substances. Works on the problem of developing functional food products.

Published over 100 scientific articles, author of 15 inventions, 7 monographs.

Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.

Awarded the bronze medal of the VDNH of the USSR, a Certificate of Honor from Kyrgyzpatent, a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science, and is an outstanding educator of the Kyrgyz Republic.
