Based on this statement, a criminal case was initiated under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the theft of a motor vehicle. During operational activities, including the analysis of data from the "Safe City" camera system, law enforcement officers were able to identify and apprehend the suspect - 27-year-old M. Zh.
The suspect was taken to the investigative authorities and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The stolen vehicle was found and returned to the owner, and investigative actions are ongoing.
