A new criminal case has been initiated in the Chuy region against a man who was detained for hooliganism in the reception area of the Tokmok City Hospital. According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department, he has been charged under Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning incitement of interethnic hatred.

The incident occurred on November 2, when an employee of the medical institution reported to the Tokmok police about the aggressive behavior of the detainee, who broke a window in the reception area. The man, identified as Zh. A., born in 1993, was arrested under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for hooliganism.

According to the results of a forensic linguistic examination, during the incident, the detainee made offensive and discriminatory statements, which became the basis for initiating an additional case on November 6 under Article 330.

The court decided to place the suspect in custody for two months. Investigative actions are ongoing.

It was previously reported that on the same night, traffic police officers stopped a vehicle driven by Zh. A. and took him to a medical facility for examination. In the hospital, he insulted the medical staff, threatened them, and broke a window, which led to disciplinary measures against the traffic police inspectors.
