At the national youth forum "Kyyalymdagy Kyrgyzstan" in Bishkek, President Sadyr Japarov announced the current efforts of the state to modernize the educational system in accordance with contemporary needs. According to him, the main goal is to create a competitive environment for youth at a global level, which requires special attention to supporting scientific research in higher educational institutions. At the same time, the requirements for conducting research are being tightened, and these must be linked to production needs.

Since 2022, within the framework of the "El ümütü" project, assistance has been provided to master's students in obtaining education at the best universities in the world. Currently, thanks to the Presidential Fund, 55 students are studying at 38 universities that are among the top 100 in the world, such as Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. Approximately 265 million soms have been allocated for the implementation of this program, which, according to the president, symbolizes the future of Kyrgyzstan and the hope of its people.

Sadyr Japarov also noted that the "El ümütü" project is beginning to yield results. So far, 7 graduates of the program have found jobs in Kyrgyzstan in the fields of science, education, and public service, while another 12 have been employed by international companies, thereby bringing recognition to Kyrgyzstan. "This is our pride, the face of the new Kyrgyzstan!" he stated.

In addition, 22 students who were sent to the Shchepkin Higher Theatre School in Moscow in 2021 successfully completed their studies and returned home. All of them were hired by the Osh National Drama Theater, and each was provided with housing in a new modern building.

The president emphasized the importance of enhancing the innovative potential of youth and integrating entrepreneurial skills into the educational sphere as one of the key directions of state policy in the field of science and education. The Cabinet of Ministers is implementing initiatives aimed at supporting startups and innovative projects by young people. The results of these efforts are encouraging: startup competitions among universities have shown that there are hardworking and creative young people in the country with innovative solutions that can be applied not only in the educational sphere but also in industry, agriculture, and medicine. The president noted that such inventions serve as examples for future generations and highlight the need for ongoing collaboration between ministries with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers.
