President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov has approved a new law that amends the existing law "On the National Security Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic."
This law was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 24, 2025.
The amendments grant national security agencies the right to conduct judicial-expert and forensic studies, as well as other types of scientific work. These services may be provided on a contractual basis, with funding and execution of work required to comply with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public services.
