On September 24, the parliament approved a new bill
Sadyr Japarov approved the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On the National Security Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic'," which was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 24, 2025.
The new law empowers the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic to conduct various studies, including forensic and criminalistic examinations, as well as other types of research on a contractual basis, with appropriate funding and payment, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public services.
