Sadyr Japarov, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, has signed a new law that amends the existing Law on the Status of Military Personnel. This information was published on the official website of the president.
This law was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 24, 2025.
The main goal of the new legislation is to improve the qualifications of military medical specialists, as well as to familiarize them with modern medical equipment.
The changes made to the Law on the Status of Military Personnel allow military personnel (except for those serving on conscription) to work in state and municipal medical institutions on a part-time basis, aimed at enhancing their qualifications and sharing experiences.
