In particular, a clause has been added to the Law "On Notaries of the Kyrgyz Republic," stating that the activities of notaries without the use of cash registers may lead to the revocation of their licenses.
The document also indicates that the failure to pay taxes and insurance contributions when performing notarial actions is grounds for license revocation.
The adopted law aims to improve tax legislation, simplify tax administration, create conditions for fair competition, and reduce the shadow economy.
