The system for issuing licenses for legal practice is now available in electronic format thanks to the initiative of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, as reported in the agency's press release.
These electronic licenses are recorded in the State Register of Lawyers and can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Justice.
Both citizens and government institutions have the opportunity to verify the validity of the license online at any time.
The transition to an electronic format for documentation helps avoid risks associated with the loss or damage of licenses, as well as minimizes costs for reissuing and duplication. It also contributes to saving budget resources by eliminating paper documents.
In the near future, there are plans to integrate electronic licenses into the mobile application of the state platform "Tunduk."
