According to the information from the service, the draft law proposes a strict ban on the use of equipment (including software and hardware devices) for business purposes to make payments via bank cards, electronic money, as well as through QR codes and other cashless payment methods registered to individuals.
This law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 18, 2025, and aims to optimize tax legislation, simplify tax administration, as well as create a favorable competitive environment and reduce the shadow economy.
