The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan is exploring the implementation of SICPA technologies
Led by Deputy Chairman Bakyt Jienbekov, a delegation from the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a familiarization trip to the Swiss company SICPA, which is part of efforts to develop cooperation and experience exchange.
According to the press service of the agency, representatives of the Tax Service held a series of meetings with the management and experts of the company, where they discussed the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation and new opportunities in the field of tax administration digitalization.
At the meetings, international standards for the control and traceability of precious metals and goods were presented, as well as laboratory methods for detecting counterfeit and illegal products. SICPA specialists also demonstrated innovative solutions in areas such as revenue mobilization, natural resource management, healthcare, digital identification, information security, and brand protection.
Representatives of the STS emphasized that SICPA technologies can be successfully implemented in Kyrgyzstan to increase tax revenue collection, reduce the volume of counterfeit and shadow trade, and ensure transparent and effective management of public finances.
