According to Bekeshev, members of the electoral commission at polling station No. 1130 decided to leave their designated area and go to another location.

Although the Central Election Commission warned that ballots would not be accepted if the voter does not reside at their registered address. Nevertheless, the commission members left. Moreover, a voter managed to cast their vote, but the ballot box had not yet been delivered. Additionally, at polling station No. 1161 in the village of Kok-Zhar, the chairperson of the electoral commission sent members out to vote while she was making phone calls, explaining how and for whom to vote. Other violations were less significant: in some places, receipts were not printed, and in others, the process started late. However, I think these two violations deserve attention,” noted Dastan Bekeshev.
