According to information from the CEC, fines were imposed on three candidates for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh: Emilbek Abdykadyrov from constituency No. 22, Nurkan Koichumanova from constituency No. 12, and Zhyrgalbek Samatov from constituency No. 10 for non-compliance with campaigning rules.
Additionally, Bekbolot Arzibaev, a candidate from constituency No. 6, received a fine for publications that contained information disparaging the honor of his opponent, Altynbek Kudayberdiev, also from this constituency.
The first three candidates were fined 75,000 soms, while the one who insulted his opponent was fined 125,000 soms.
