On November 17, the Central Election Commission reviewed incidents related to candidates violating the conditions of election campaigning and took appropriate measures. As a result, administrative fines were imposed on three candidates: Nurkan Kadyrovna Koichumanova from multi-mandate district No. 12, Jumabek Mamytbaevich Salymbekov, and Kazybek Kochkorovich Ergeshov from district No. 24.

The working group monitoring social networks identified violations based on photographic materials posted on N. Koichumanova's Facebook page. These materials indicate non-compliance with the conditions of election campaigning. Additionally, according to reports circulated on WhatsApp, J. Salymbekov posted an election banner in one of the sports complexes on November 8, 2025.

Furthermore, information about violations related to K. Ergeshov was provided to the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk district of the capital. The candidate's authorized representative, N. Jumabekov, disseminated information in a WhatsApp group that contradicted the rules of election campaigning, reporting on the reconstruction of a children's playground and the laying of sewage pipes in Bishkek at Ergeshov's initiative.

According to Jumabekov, he was not aware that his actions violated the rules and soon deleted the audio message from the group. The working group recommended imposing administrative fines of 75 calculated indicators on N. Koichumanova, J. Salymbekov, and K. Ergeshov in accordance with Article 65 of the Code of Offenses.
