According to the chairperson of the precinct commission, Nazgul Alimkulova, at 08:00, the readiness and functionality of the voting equipment were demonstrated to the observers. There are 2,664 registered voters at this polling station, and at the time of the report on the issue, 14 people had voted.
“One of the ballots turned out to be unusable — the machine indicated that it was torn. We replaced it in accordance with established procedures and drew up the corresponding act. The voter was issued a new ballot and was able to cast their vote,” the commission chairperson reported.
