
Today, November 30, early elections are taking place in Kyrgyzstan across 30 electoral districts. The voting process started at 08:00 and will last until 20:00 local time.
According to the Central Election Commission, polling stations are open throughout the country, and the process is being monitored by representatives of observation groups, as well as staff from local commissions and law enforcement agencies. Citizens will be able to elect deputies using a majoritarian system, with three candidates from each district entering parliament.
The CEC emphasizes that the elections are being conducted in accordance with all legislative norms, including the use of electronic systems for voter identification. After the polling stations close, the counting of votes will begin, and preliminary results will be available on the night of December 1.
