
The Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved the accreditation of 393 international observers who will monitor the early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025.
According to the CEC's decision, representatives from the following organizations and countries have been accredited as observers:
- Election Commission of the Republic of the Philippines;
- Observation Mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
- Embassy of South Korea in Kyrgyzstan;
- Embassy of Turkey in Kyrgyzstan;
- Embassy of China in Kyrgyzstan;
- Embassy of Iran;
- Embassy of Germany in Kyrgyzstan;
- Embassy of Mongolia in Kyrgyzstan;
- Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS;
- Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;
- Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
- Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the OSCE.
Thus, the total number of accredited international observers for the upcoming elections has reached 770.
