On November 19, the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic issued accreditation to 81 international observers for participation in the early elections of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025.
According to the CEC's resolution, the following organizations are among the accredited observers:
* General Election Commission of Mongolia;
* Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
* National Electoral Council of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela;
* Election Commission of Indonesia;
* Public Chamber of the Russian Federation;
* Observer Mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
* Organization of Turkic States;
* Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
In total, 378 international observers have been accredited to monitor the early elections of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
