According to the data from the territorial electoral commission, portable ballot boxes have been organized for citizens with disabilities who are unable to visit the polling station as part of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the 8th convocation.

Currently, 42 voters are casting their ballots outside the polling place. This off-site voting is conducted based on written requests from voters.

The total number of voters in the district is 139,755 people.

The district includes:

As part of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, voting is taking place today outside standard polling stations. This format is intended for citizens who are unable to participate in the elections due to health conditions, disabilities, or other valid reasons.

The off-site voting process takes place strictly one day before the main voting from 08:00 to 20:00 and only based on written requests from voters.
