In a high-security environment, equipment for the elections was delivered to the remote village of Zardaly in the Batken region, reported a Turmush correspondent.
To transport the equipment for off-site voting, 2 police officers and representatives of the people's militia were involved. Difficult road conditions forced them to walk several kilometers to successfully complete the delivery.

Currently, 47 voters are registered in the village of Zardaly.

Today, off-site voting is taking place as part of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, allowing citizens who are unable to come to the polling station due to health issues, disabilities, or other valid reasons to participate in the elections.

This category also includes patients in medical institutions, individuals in custody, residents of remote areas or seasonal pastures, military personnel and law enforcement officers on duty, as well as workers in enterprises with continuous operations, shift workers, and citizens under house arrest, provided their residence is within the corresponding precinct.

Off-site voting takes place one day before the main election day — from 08:00 to 20:00 and is conducted only based on a written application from the voter.
