In connection with the upcoming early parliamentary elections scheduled for November 30, security measures have been intensified in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Nurlan Ismailov, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in an interview on "Birinchi Radio."

Currently, there are 2,492 polling stations operating in the country, and more than 5,000 police officers have already been deployed to ensure safety.

On November 29 at 8:00 AM, the campaigning will end, and a "day of silence" will begin. On this day, as well as on the day of voting, over 10,000 personnel from law enforcement agencies are planned to be involved in maintaining order.

Ismailov also noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is taking all necessary steps to ensure that the elections are conducted in a calm environment, without provocations, and in accordance with the law.
