Isabek Orozbaev, a representative of NESK, stated in an interview on "Birinchi Radio" that "the energy system of Kyrgyzstan is 100% ready for the autumn-winter period."

He noted that preparations for the winter season begin in the summer and continue until mid-autumn. This year, NESK completed the installation of 611 kilometers of SIP-2 cables for 0.4 kV, 143 kilometers of SIP-3 for 10 kV, 36.7 kilometers of underground cables for 10 kV, as well as 575 transformer substations.

Additionally, Orozbaev spoke about the start of active construction of substations to reduce the load on the networks. "This year we commissioned three 110/10 substations. This is a significant achievement, as such projects were extremely rare before 2023. Nearly 800 transformer substations have also been replaced. Positive growth rates in the energy sector are observed in Kyrgyzstan, and we are confident that the quality of electricity supply to the population will improve," he added.
