In Kyrgyzstan, the power of electricity meters will be temporarily limited during peak hours
In this regard, if there is an overload at the substation, to ensure its stable operation, the power of the electric meter will be automatically reduced from 5 kilowatts to 3 kilowatts.
Energy specialists recommend avoiding the simultaneous use of high-power appliances, such as heaters, irons, and washing machines during these hours.
These measures are temporary and are provided for in clause 79 of the "Rules for the Use of Electric Energy," as well as in the agreement between the enterprise and its consumers.
NESC emphasizes that such restrictions are applied to prevent emergency situations and ensure the reliable operation of the power grid. The company also urges citizens to consume electricity economically and wisely.
