The project was implemented by OJSC "National Electric Networks of Kyrgyzstan" with total investments amounting to 18,500.0 thousand soms.
The opening of the 110/10 kV "Ken-Sai" substation will ensure reliable electricity supply to the new residential complexes "Ken-Sai," as well as the nearby villages of Gulbaar, Kenesh, and Japalak.
This substation will provide electricity to approximately 3,000 households in Osh and 6,877 residents of the Aravan district over an area of 1,124 hectares allocated for land plots.
Moreover, the launch of the new facility will reduce the load on the existing 110/6 kV "Uchar" and 35/10 kV "Gulbaar" substations. The "Ken-Sai" substation was built as part of the expansion of the residential area over 1,824 hectares, which will ensure stable electricity supply for social, industrial, public, and private facilities.
Specialists from the Osh Electric Networks completed testing and tuning of the electrical equipment, after which the substation was deemed ready for operation.
