In Kara-Kul, 75 citizens have submitted applications for off-site voting<{short}>Turmush — Today, November 29, off-site voting is taking place in Kara-Kul, located in the Jalal-Abad region, reports a Turmush correspondent.

Currently, 75 citizens have preliminarily submitted applications to participate in this voting format.

As of 14:00, 60 voters have already cast their ballots. The voting process continues for the others in accordance with established rules.

There are 9 polling stations operating in the city.

Representatives of the electoral commission have organized the work of special groups with portable ballot boxes to ensure comfortable conditions for those who cannot visit the polling station due to health issues or other circumstances.
Off-site voting is being conducted as part of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. This format is intended for citizens who cannot come to the polling station due to health reasons, disability, or other valid reasons.

This category also includes patients in medical institutions, individuals in custody, residents of remote areas, military personnel, and law enforcement officers on duty, as well as workers in enterprises with continuous schedules and shift workers. Citizens under house arrest also have the right to vote if their place of residence is within the corresponding polling station's boundaries.

Off-site voting is conducted on the day preceding the main elections, from 08:00 to 20:00, and only with a written application from the voter.
