The building, located on Mamassaly Sabirov Street, consists of 4 floors and includes 32 apartments. The construction cost 50 million soms, and the funding was provided from the local budget. Keys to the new apartments were given to citizens with disabilities and those in need of housing.
It is worth noting that on August 13, 2024, a fire occurred in a two-story wooden house No. 85 on M. Sabirov Street, as a result of which 15 residents were left homeless. These individuals also became owners of new apartments in the recently built building.
