As part of the festivities, actors from the Jalal-Abad Regional Drama Theater named after Barpy Alykulov presented a play titled "The White Tent of Nuraman" ("Нурамандын ак чатыры").
Additionally, a large concert took place, featuring various creative groups, including the Jalal-Abad Regional Philharmonic named after Toktosun Tynibekov, the city cultural palace, the culture technical school, the M.I. Glinka Children's Music School, the "Ariet" Children's Creativity Center, and the art school.
