According to information from local authorities, the heating supply to the city will start during the night from November 3 to November 4.
This decision was made on November 3 due to the forecasted sharp drop in air temperature. Relevant instructions were given to the responsible services. The process of supplying heat will occur in stages and will be completed in about three to four days.
Initially, heat will be directed to medical institutions, kindergartens, educational establishments, maternity hospitals, and social services. After that, heating will be supplied to residential buildings and enterprises in the city.
