According to information provided by the press service of the mayor's office, the heating season in Bishkek will officially open on November 3.
On the night of November 3, employees of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek TETS" will begin to start the main equipment necessary for the production of thermal energy and its transfer to the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkektoploset".
All systems will operate in an enhanced mode, and technical personnel are preparing to ensure the stable and timely connection of facilities to heating.
The municipal enterprises "Bishkektoploset" and "Bishkektoploenergo" have completed all preparatory work for the heating season. Technical services have been switched to an increased mode of operation for quick response to possible requests and emergency situations.
The connection to heating will occur in stages. First, heat will be supplied to schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, maternity hospitals, and social protection organizations. Then, heating will begin to be supplied to apartment buildings and the private sector.
It is worth noting that last year heating in Bishkek was launched on October 22, and in 2021 it was on October 31.
