According to the latest order from the Bishkek city administration, the heating season in the city will begin on November 3, 2025. From this date, municipal enterprises will start supplying heat.
On the night of November 3, specialists from the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek TETS" will begin preparing the main equipment for generating thermal energy and distributing it through the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkektoploset." According to information from the city administration, all systems are already ready, and the enterprises are operating in an enhanced mode.
According to reports from the city administration, the Municipal Enterprises "Bishkektoploset" and "Bishkektoploenergo" have completed all preparatory activities and are ready to connect city facilities to heating without delays.
Technical staff have been transferred to an increased work mode to quickly respond to possible requests and non-standard situations.
The connection to heating will occur in stages.
First, heat will be supplied to social institutions: schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, maternity hospitals, and social protection organizations.
In the second stage, heating will be provided to apartment buildings and the private sector.
