According to the mayor's office order, the heating season for 2025–2026 in Bishkek will begin on November 3, 2025.

On the night of this date, employees of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek TETS" will prepare the equipment for heat production and its transfer to the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekteploset".

All equipment will operate in an increased mode, and the technical staff is ready to perform the necessary tasks at a high level.

The utility companies "Bishkekteploset" and "Bishkekteploenergo" have completed their preparatory activities and are fully ready for the timely and stable connection of city facilities to the heating system.
The technical staff has been transferred to an enhanced work mode for quick response to possible requests and non-standard situations.

Connections of facilities to heating will be carried out in stages:
- First, social institutions will be connected: schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, maternity hospitals, and social protection organizations.
- In the second stage, apartment buildings and the private sector will be connected.
