The process of connecting to heating will be organized in several stages
Heating in Bishkek will start on November 3, the city administration informs.
According to official data, in accordance with the order of the city administration, the heating season for 2025–2026 will begin in the capital on November 3, 2025.
“On the night of this date, employees of MP ‘Bishkek TETS’ will begin preparing the main equipment for the production of thermal energy and its further transfer to MP ‘Bishkektoploset’. All engaged equipment will operate in enhanced mode, and the technical staff is fully prepared to meet the established parameters,” the city administration noted.
It is noted that the municipal enterprises ‘Bishkektoploset’ and ‘Bishkektoploenergo’ have completed the necessary preparatory activities and are ready to ensure timely and stable connection of city facilities to heating. The technical staff is working in enhanced mode, which will allow for prompt responses to possible requests and unforeseen situations.
Connection to heating will be carried out in stages:
— first of all — social sector facilities: schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, maternity hospitals, and social protection organizations;
— secondly — multi-apartment residential buildings and the private sector.
