According to forecasts from Kyrgyzhydromet, Kyrgyzstan will face a sharp change in weather on November 4 and 5.

During these days, rain is expected across the country, transitioning to snow, especially in mountainous areas where precipitation may be intense. Fog is possible in some places during the night and morning. The wind will blow from the west at a speed of 4-9 m/s, with gusts in certain areas reaching 15-20 m/s. Snow drifts and ice patches may occur on foothill and mountain road sections.

The expected nighttime air temperatures from November 4 to 6 are as follows:

- Chui Valley: at night from -1 to -6°, during the day from 0 to +5°;

- Talas Valley: at night from -2 to -7°, during the day from 0 to +5°;

- Valleys of Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions: at night from 0 to +5°, during the day from +1 to +6°;

- Foothills: at night from -2 to -7°, during the day from -2 to +3°;

- Issyk-Kul Basin: at night from -4 to +1°, during the day from +1 to +6°;

- Agricultural zone of Naryn region: at night from -4 to -9°, during the day from -1 to +4°;

- Mountain areas: at night from -5 to -10°, during the day from 0 to -5°;

- High mountains: at night from -15 to -20°, during the day from -5 to -10°.

Such unstable weather conditions may hinder the operation of road transport, communication services, energy and utility companies, and may also affect the grazing and maintenance of livestock in pastures.

On November 6, during the night and morning hours, frosts of up to -1…-3° are expected in the valley zones of Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions. These frosts may pose a threat to vegetable crops, especially for harvested and unprotected potato and sugar beet tubers.
