Storm warning. Snow, fog, and frost are expected in Kyrgyzstan

According to information from Kyrgyzhydromet, a sharp deterioration in weather conditions is expected in Kyrgyzstan from November 4 to 5.
During these days, rain is expected in several areas, transitioning to snow, especially in mountainous regions where heavy precipitation is anticipated.
In the night and morning hours, fog may occur. The wind will blow from the west at a speed of 4–9 m/s, and in some regions, it may strengthen to 15–20 m/s. Snowfall and icy conditions are forecasted on the foothill and mountain sections of the roads.
Forecasters also predict a significant drop in temperature from November 4 to 6:
Chui Valley: at night the temperature will be -1…-6°, and during the day 0…+5°;
Talas Valley: at night -2…-7°, during the day 0…+5°;
Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions (valleys): at night the temperature will fluctuate from 0 to +5°, and during the day - from +1 to +6°;
Foothills: at night -2…-7°, during the day -2…+3°;
Issyk-Kul Basin: at night -4…+1°, during the day +1…+6°;

Mountain areas: at night -5…-10°, during the day 0…-5°;
High mountains: at night -15…-20°, during the day -5…-10°.
Kyrgyzhydromet warns that such unstable weather may hinder the operation of automotive transport services and affect the functioning of energy and utility enterprises. It may also complicate the grazing of livestock in pastures.
Additionally, on the night and morning of November 6, frosts of up to -1…-3° are expected in some valleys of the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions, which may negatively impact vegetable crops and unprotected potato tubers and sugar beets.
