During these days, precipitation is forecasted across the country, including heavy rains that may turn into snow. Snowfall is expected in mountainous areas, and on some sections of roads, the formation of ice and snowdrifts is possible. Additionally, fog will be observed in some places during the night and morning hours.
The speed of the western wind will range from 4 to 9 meters per second, while in some areas it may reach 15-20 meters per second.
The air temperature will also drop significantly:
- in the Chui Valley — at night from -1 to -6 degrees, during the day from 0 to +5 degrees;
- in the Talas Valley — at night from -2 to -7 degrees, during the day up to +5 degrees;
- in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions — at night from 0 to +5 degrees, during the day from +1 to +6 degrees;
- in the foothills — at night from -7 to -2 degrees, during the day from -2 to +3 degrees;
- in the Issyk-Kul Basin — at night from -4 to +1 degree, during the day from +1 to +6 degrees;
- in the Naryn region — at night from -4 to -9 degrees, during the day from -1 to +4 degrees, in mountainous areas down to -10 degrees, and in high-altitude areas, the temperature may drop to -20 degrees at night.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations notes that such unstable weather may hinder the operation of road transport, energy, and utility services, as well as complicate the maintenance of livestock in pastures.
Additionally, on the night and morning of November 6, a drop in temperature to -3 degrees is expected in the southern regions — Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken — which may negatively affect vegetable crops, unharvested potatoes, and sugar beets.
